Everyone here is always super helpful and very patient! I have a habit of asking questions incessantly and they were happy to explain things for me over and over again and were not annoyed by my questions. They always do quality work on my car and when I can't afford a repair they do what they can to find a price I can work with. I literally could go on about this place for hours. They have never tried to screw me over like some places do and have always been honest with me about what needs to be done. I would definitely suggest making Steve's your mechanic shop, they're amazing!

Great auto service shop that will be honest with your repairs. I called them because of their Ford expertise and I was not disappointed. I talked with Mike, the service manager, who immediately recognized the issue I was describing. He provided a variety of options and much more explanation than three different Ford dealerships. Mike suggested to start with a solution that would be around $100 rather than the dealer suggesting a $2,500 repair!

I'm Looking forward to using Steve's Automotive as my go to for my F-150. The assurance that they understand your car/truck's problem and are not starting from ground zero is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I've been using Steve's Automotive for years and always had a good experience.  So when it was time to have the brakes fixed on my truck I brought it over again.  The service was great and very professional.  They communicated everything clearly and let me make the decisions.  They worked quickly and they stayed late to make sure it was all ready for me by morning.  They even pointed out some coupons I wasn't aware of to help get me additional discounts.  It was a great experience all around.

This was my first time in and it was a delightful experience. Customer service is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. I called in to make an appointment for a basic oil change and the receptionist suggested a afternoon appointment as they were super busy that day which worked for me even though I would have preferred to get a morning apt. She ended up calling a minute later to let me know she was actually able to get me in at a much earlier time. The service took about an hour but they offer free pick up and drop off service. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone!

We stopped by with a quick question about our battery. Not only were they willing to help us without a scheduled appointment, but they also fixed our problem without charging us. When we offered to pay them for their time they just wished us a Merry Christmas. We are so thankful for their help and generosity!
