They're pretty good in person and on the phone.  I used the service whilst you wait'. Worked pretty well. I don't know how the other services work. Wayne was great.

Service is almost always convenient with either appointment or walk-in express service. Matthews Mazda (Import Center) has taken great care of me over the past few years. 

Robin is the go-to guy for service! The most knowledgeable and friendly I've encountered and has always delivered an amazing customer service experience with my past two Mazdas. He is the reason I come to Matthews for my maintenance.

Thanks for what you do to fit me in relatively quickly and conveniently, even on the chaotic days!

An excellent and conscientious Dealership.  I would say the best in New York State!  I'm on my third Outback Wagon.  It's a wonderful car if you love kids and dogs. See Stacy Royal or call Ashley for an appointment to see a sales rep.Trust me, you won't be disappointed!!

Thank you Robert Finta & the whole team for making an 8 year dream come true. I am the very happy proud owner of 2012 Subaru Outback Limited.
