This place is great,  always courteous and honest. If you need something done come here.  They are looking for ways to save you money and keep you safe,  not overcharge you.

I 100% recommend anyone having their car service needs handled with Monroe. The staff are amazing and understanding to your needs. They do great work for great prices. Also, when the work is complete, the will follow through with a safety check before handing over your vehicle to ensure 100% safety. I will never take my vechile anywhere else!

This shop was extremely helpful when I just needed an oil change they went out of their way to let me know other things I that was wrong was just fine with the car! Friendly and helpful staff at this Monro!

I went to Monro for an oil change, and after that my car smelled terrible when the engine was running. I took it back, and they mounted the car on the lift, looked under it, lowered the car and looked under the hood, raised it up and looked under it again, lowered it and looked under the hood. They raised it again, and a bunch of the people working there crowded around to look at it. The whole process took like 40 minutes. Then they came out and told me they forgot to put the cap back on, which seemed like a suspicious explanation, given the amount of attention my car got. I took it to my regular mechanic, and without even telling them what happened at Monro, they said that the last people who changed the oil cracked the drain plug hosing. So, not only did Monro break my car, but they also lied about it.
