I bought a work truck there January 28th 2018. And 2 months later there's rust through the truck bed and I bring it to them thinking that they would take care of it and all they did was offer to take 10% off a $2,800 fix. Go somewhere else I personally will never buy a vehicle from Matthews again.

I went car shopping there about a year ago and I'm not going to give them a bad rating or anything like that but it took awhile to get a sales person to assist me when they finally did they were great they do a type of thing where they don't talk you down and prices they give you the lowest possible price. That has pluses and minuses to it. You have to look into well okay maybe I'm going to get it cheaper somewhere else but you also may not because the prices are really good here

We recently bought a Mazda 3 for my daughter at Matthews Auto, and our sales person, Katie Grey, did an awesome job helping us.  She was not aggressive, but she was helpful in getting us numbers that would worked very well for us.  I would highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new vehicle!  Thanks, Katie, for making my daughter's dream come true!

I want to share my experience with the public of my short time as an employee of the Mathews auto group. I was interviewed and given a job offer the same day. Not once was I informed about the necessity of having a driver license and bc I was dealing with some issues that had me stuck waiting for another state I didn’t stress about it. I started the same week I was hired and on my 3rd day was informed that I required a DL to file paperwork. So I informed the hr department my troubles and asked for 2 weeks to clear up the problem. On my second week of employment I was pulled aside on a Wednesday and was told that I was acting as if I was on drugs among other things and throughout my first and start of second week kept getting told that I was on drugs. So I gave them a drug screen in which I passed without issue. I was also told I would be given a week to get my DL problem resolved and upon the end of the current week received a letter stating I was terminated. Not only was I discriminated against and slandered bc I was also lied to and not given the proper time to handle my issue. Misinformation, disorganization and misleading are everything I have to say about this place. And I hope they get what they deserve in the end. I’m sorry for anyone who does business here. 
P.S.
The customer base I brought there now goes elsewhere and others who have gotten shafted by this company I feel your pain.
