John treated me like a VIP. Helped make the right choice and was very patient during the process. He took the time to make sure I was buying the right mattress for me. I actually learned a lot about beds in general. The best part was I let John know I was on a budget and he worked with me to get the most for my money. He even saved me some. I recommend John at the Gunn Hwy store right by the Veterans.

Nick Salic was extremely helpful in my mattress buying experience. I told him my budget and he gave me the options I had with that budget. I ended up getting a $2100 King mattress for $750(from the outlet store) and it was delivered in 4 days. Talk about amazing customer service! I will be back!

Good service, quality beds and a large selection. They have all price ranges and styles and really help you figure out what bed is best for you. There was no high pressure tactics and the overall experience was pleasurable. I would recommend buying a bed from here.

Awesome experience! After shopping around all of the competition, we chose my new mattress set from MATTRESS FIRM CITRUS PARK. We chose it because of the salesman John Palermo! He was far more knowledgeable than any other salesman at any other mattress store. He answered ALL of our questions very patiently, and gave us the BEST DEAL of any of the stores. Our delivery was exactly as promised, and the delivery guys were great. If you are looking for new bedding, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving John at Mattress Firm Citrus Park (next to Chipotle) a visit!
