I had ordered a charger on the Kirkland's website and it arrived poorly packaged and broken in pieces. I went to this location to see if they could swap it out, and the manager Melissa was very helpful in getting me a replacement. Unfortunately, there were no chargers in stock, but she called customer service and had one shipped to my home. I really appreciated her professionalism and her eagerness to turn me into a satisfied customer. The store itself was very clean and well organized.

Ordered online a month ago...had to call the warehouse every week and final got the email that it was being shipped to store and 10 days after that email, still hasn't got to the store. Doesn't end there....called the store and they have no idea where the order is...family in for the holidays and missing my table..paid over $300 for item and getting $5 service.

Decorating your home can be stressful. Kirkland's helps alleviate that stress with great selection and affordable prices. But all that stress will come washing back over you when you take a break from your shopping spree to use the restroom! What a mess. The bathrooms (3-18-17) are hidden in a hallway behind an unmarked red door in the back, left of the store. There are two single bathrooms, so you will enjoy plenty of privacy. But the accommodations end there. Lot of dirt and grime on the floor, and the paper towel holder will disappoint any respectful germaphobe. Nothing fun on the walls, which is a major letdown for a store with such readily available decorating solutions. Good luck!
