Tonight will be my last visit at this joanns location. They had a sale for 1.99 holiday fabric on an entire isle. Apparently not all were on sale and when I asked about it to the cashier she directed me back to fabrics. I was treated by a slender woman wearing a tan shirt and blue jeans on. She had shoulder length dirty blond wavy hair. She was completely rude to me and said "if you read the sign it says ' LOOK' select fabrics priced regularly at 5.99-6.99" she had an incredibly distasteful attitude and she seemed to maybe be a manager. Sandy, my cashier, was polite the entire time and helped me complete my purchase. I will never come back and I'll be sure to let my friends know of my unsatisfied visit.

The staff was Very unhelpful. We had a coupon that was only good for regularly priced item, most items were already on sale and when we did find an item that we wanted we were told even though it wasn't posted that it was on sale, they couldn't use the cupon, there for most items did not qualify or you had to really search to find something that would. when I asked about online sales she said oh well you'll have to look yourself very unhelpful.

I love this store location. Is clean and net. Great costumer service. Line it's always too slow 🐢 but I Love This Store Location

I always enjoy visiting this store. They have a large selection of fabric and sewing supplies, including a lot of upholstery fabric. They mostly stock crafting items, including yarn and floral, not formal art products. They have a good selection, a good atmosphere, and good music. Thank you!

I love jo Ann's. They always have what I'm looking for. Also remember they always have a coupon for 40 percent off an item. So arm yourself with one on your cellphone before you go in. Just on a Friday or Saturday the cutting tables can have a pretty long line.
