Its so funny....the staff here has alwags been so flat and disinterested....to the point of being rude. Now granted, they ARE Party City, so maybe they could be a little brighter. I have gone into this store, planning for a party and of course, in a general good mood (as planning a party will do) and have left in, usually, a bad mood. The staff almost acts as if you are bothering THEM. No smiles, no "HaveA Nice Day"....just a bunch of kids who seem pissed off about their jobs and Managers who really dont seem to care about customers, one way or another. THIS even transfers over to the customers, who, once in the store, "feel this mode" and are drawn into the sullen atmosphere. If New Port Richey was closer, I would be drving to that store but as it stands, I guess I will keep being an imposition of the staff at Party City in Tampa. Sorry guys...hate to always have to give you my business. I promise, if another place opens close to me, I will stop.

They had nothing that I needed which were very basic items.  And the staff was not helpful.

Horrible customer service. I own a business for 35 years and I understand now why others don't last long. Will make sure to let everyone I know to not visit this location.
