I needed a sheet of plywood cut in half and the elderly gentleman that cut it for me took his time to make sure it did not have ragged edges. I was pleasantly surprised when he followed me out to the parking lot to help me load.

Austin in appliances was awesome. Helped us price match our fridge and got us delivery this weekend. Very helpful and professional. Thank you!

Staff is awesome. I bought a range and microwave from the Home Depot. Salesman was very helpful and the price beat out the competition. A few days after purchase, we received a hand written thank you note from the store manager and the salesman we dealt with. You might expect something like that from a local mom and pop shop, but not a big chain. I can't say if that is a Home Depot thing or just the local store, but it does at least make it feel like they care about their customers and community.
