I had a Carrier HVAC system installed this past October by K McDonald company. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My sister had a Carrier HVAC system installed this past summer and once again the entire crew was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Today, Eli came to perform a yearly check and he was extremely polite, professional and did not hesitate to answer my questions. I want to add that even though the company is not based in Pittsburgh, they show up promptly for the time scheduled. Also, Mary Ann is always friendly and polite when speaking with her!

My furnace quit running during the night and it was only 38 degrees in my place.  I called McDonald for help at 6:45am.  Tyler, the Technician called me before 7am, and was at my place by 8am.  Tyler was very professional. He checked the furnace, and advised it was the ignition switch that went bad.  Tyler had the part I needed with him.   He replaced the switch and made sure the furnace was working correctly.  He was done in less than an hour.  I am so thankful for the quick response and great repair. I would recommend McDonald Plumbing/HVAC for service and repair to anyone with furnace issues.  I was very impressed and satisfied with the whole experience.  Thank you again Tyler.

One of the coldest days of the year and our sewer line froze.  Called McDonald Plumbing based upon reviews and a technician was at our house within a few hours.  To be honest, I assumed it would take longer knowing how many people would be having problems based upon the brutally cold temperatures.  Ross showed up and was able to resolve the problem :)  Technician was friendly, answered questions and did his best to maintain a clean environment.  Absolutely will use service again if another plumbing issue arises.  Thank you!  Chris

Great workers did an awesome job.  Air conditioning has never  worked this good, I am assuming furnace will work just as well.  Very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The fellows showed up when they sai they would, a couple of days after we ordered the units.  They were quick, professional, and even changed a light bulb while they were at it (it was too high for us to reach even with a short ladder)!  They were done in two days, as they said they would be, and the units work as advertized.  Great job - thanks!
