Screwed my daughter on a simple sump pump replacement. $270 just for labor, took 20 minutes to replace. Her basement had flooded a couple of times and she needed it done. Took advantage of her, and it took 5 phone calls from me to speak with a manager. Avoid at all costs.

Had flooding in basement, Mr. Rooter used a camera and told us it was a collapsed pipe (not a clog drain) and would cost $7,500 to repair. Got 2 significantly cheaper quotes, went with one of them, and when work started discovered that the pipes were not collapsed at all. Crazy expensive quote for work that didn't even need to be done.

WAs quoted $3300 for a hot water heater, opted to get other estimates, next 4 were under $1500... rip off.

I am posting for a friend of mine who has no computer. Mr. Rooters worker told him what he thought needs to be done and it turned out a very expensive estimate. I insisted he gets a second and third opinion which was a good suggestion, because a local plumber found that it was not necessary to dig up his lawn and fixed it. So it was a bill of 85 $ instead of 6500 $
Just get a second opinion before you trust this guys. Just my opinion.

Highly recommend Mr. Rooter.  We had one toilet completely replaced and another needed the parts inside replaced.  Our tech Matt Pitts was awesome.  He took the time to hear our concerns and offer the best solution.  He also went out of his way to make sure we got the exact toilet color to match the existing fixtures in the bathroom.  We are very happy with the replacements and will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter in the future (hopefully not near future...;) )should we have any other plumbing issues.
