The times I've been here, they were very busy. The employees seemed rush and it's hard to ask them to correct your order when they're dealing with three other orders at the same time. I've received my order every time in full every time I've ordered. They seem like nice people.

The only good thing about our visit was the ONE employee helping people. Tyler was awesome. He was running the drive thru, but was the only employee that also stopped to listen to the customers inside the restaurant that were having problems. We came in for 3 items and as we stood there waiting inside, 5 customers had wrong food. The line manager did nothing and ignored every customer yelling for help. Tyler could hear them and came over and fixed every order while 5 other employees stood looking at the order screen like it was going to solve the problem instead of asking how they could help. Computers are great people, but really??? Remember what matters. THE CUSTOMERS!!! Ignoring the customer is not the business McDonalds is in!! Thank you Tyler for being at work today. I would have hated to see what would have happened without you.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They closed the lobby down an hour and a half early without even posting a sign. When I used the drive through and asked why, the gentleman at the register was very disrespectful when answering my question. I work in customer service myself, so I was very calm and nice while going through the whole process but this was something else.

The fries!!!! This McDonald's has the best fries... I don't like the new look when they remodeled. It seems smaller and it's always messy. 
        But those fries here, I think they're better than others McDonald's! Give the person making the fries a raise 🤣🤣🤣

Only reason why I am reviewing a fast food place is because the service time is what helps people. This location was pretty fast but the best part is that I'm not just a number, they are always friendly and polite. Both when I'm inside and at the drive thru.
