Usually the service is great. Even when they are busy the wait is not bad, that is until tonight. The cashier working tonight was awful. She was more interested in ACTING cute than customer service. I was in line to have my order taken and she told the guy behind me (an employee) to come order. He had to tell her I was there first. She obviously considered me to be an inconvenience. She was not nice at all and rushed through taking my order so the other girl didnt get to take the order from the guy behind me. She took her time taking his order and flirting. When my order was ready, she continued to play. She bagged my salad and handed it to me. I had to ask about the bag of ice. She obviously didn't want to go to the back where nobody could see her ACTING cute. She knocked the hat off guy she had been flirting with, grabbed it and went to the end of the counter and started teasing him with the hat and calling more attention to herself again. I said Hey! Could you get the ice that you should have gotten 10 minutes ago because I would like to get home tonight. She glared at me and strolled to the back and got some ice (about half a bag that I threw away because she probably spit in it because I said something to her) and slowly walked to the counter with a smirk on her face and handed it to me. She obviously does not have any customer service skills. The manager really should rethink her position as an employee because her attitude and childish behavior is going to cost them business. The other customers were not impressed with her either and were shaking their heads and talking about how she was doing nothing but acting like a fool. Another experience like this and I will not be back.

Service is usually pretty slow. Last time we were there apparently it was inconvenient for the girl at the drive thru window to do her job. She repeatedly rolled her eyes at me when i asked her anything,  told me our sauce was in the bag and when i let her know that it wasn't she turned around to complain to the other employees then charged me for the sauce that was supposed to come with my meals. The foodwas the thrown in the boxes and soggy. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!

This particular Zaxby's is hit or miss as far as what type of service you'll get and how fast you'll get it. Sometimes it is outstanding and sometimes it'll make you want to stop eating here altogether. I guess that's true though for basically every fast food type restaurant these days except Chick Fila (they're always awesome).

Never can you go wrong w/a good ol' salad with chicken on it. Especially on your cheat day.. (If your on a diet). Plus, you don't have to spend to much money to cheat and fill your tummy. Prices not bad for how much food you get.
