if I could give this place a -20 I would this place has the worse food on this planet. I wouldn't be caught dead in this gross place add on the management sucks to the highest degree they cant do nothing but be so very slow in making gross nasty and greasy food *DO NOT GO HERE*

This location should be shut down. I carried a group of about 15 students and 4 parents from our church to the Memphis Grizzlies vs Los Angeles Lakers game on Monday January 15, 2018. After the game we stopped at this location and there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 person on the inside. Yet the employees along with what looked like a shift manager, refused to take our orders. If I was working as a mystery shopper that night they would have failed miserably. The  franchise owner needs to contact me asap or I'm going to the BBB. So I rate this Wendy's location as a -10..

Not only did we not get all the food we ordered but the food we got was incorrect and they didn't give me a receipt. When i went inside to get the burger that was missing and my receipt they told me they were not able to print a receipt and it took several minutes for the woman running the drive thru to agree that I had ordered my burger. ( with only 3 cars and 2 people inside so not busy) it is not worth the trouble of going here. Also poor attitudes and no leadership in employees
