Worst ever experience with Taco Bell, I ordered the box with crispy tacos and burritos and those last burritos just had beans inside, is unaceptable . I love Taco Bell but this store 2375 SW 8th street Miami fl is a big disaster. Just one people at front taking orders in and out. A long time to be attended.
Drive Tru always full during peak hours. Plenty of items available from both Taco Bell & KFC. When placing order in drive-tru, be prepared to repeat your order, wait for your turn to the pick up window, because they'll stop you half way or if you get there, they'll tell you to move back to deactivate their time service goal. Additionally, check your order before you drive away, because almost always, they'll mess up your order and then you'll need to go inside the store and wait again. Different management, but same issue. Inside there's plenty of seating and refillable Pepsi product drink machine. Restrooms available and some of the times the area is clean. Ordered a nacho bell grande and the chips were rancid, old, horrible taste. I would think they inspect what’s expired or not. The food went straight to the garbage can and so did my $ unfortunately. Very disappointed !

Today I went through drive through the kid taking orders was a lady she was very rude and making me feel rushed, Everytime I go either I’m missing something or my food is hard Taco Bell side only complaint I have is the taco shells taste sour and the nachos as well if you work at a fast food place and don’t like it leave find a job u are interested in cause there’s no way we go to get food and everyone has a issue with the stuff. These are things that as a company u guys need to improve.
Fresh food, generous portions, nice area, great staff
By far the WORST experience in my life ordering fast food!!! Waited in line a total of 47 minutes! Ordered 4 nacho fries box and recieved cold fries asked the to please make them fresh as I had waited 47 minutes. They take my fries and give me once again hot soggy fries 8 minutes later!!!! The to see my quesadilla smushed at the bottom of the bag into a ball When I complained about my quesadilla woman made very rude remarks Got home and my tacos were all soggy no crunch Only good person was the guy who took my order and patient
I don’t understand why they haven’t fired the girl with the blonde hair at the window each time she makes me feel rushed and messes up my order , instantly closes the window in my face so I don’t even have time to get my sauces when there’s no other people behind me the only good worker in that whole place is the older Cuban man
