Clean location and great service.  I was very impressed by a lady called Patricia.  During the time that I spent in the location she greeted everyone very professionally clear voice, pleasant tonality, she got the orders, explained the products, engaged the customers and she even cleaned a few times after some clumsier people.  Patricia is the best employee I saw in a fast-food. I wouldn't be less impressed if she worked at 5 star hotel.  Kid-friendliness: Playground

My side salad was terible  they made that **** there and no croutons i had to go to winn dixie and get me croutons . nuggets tasted like cardboard they always are out of something terrible bk they should shut it down and send employees to other stores if they actually want their job. Also the soap in the bathroom was watered the **** down what kind of ^*** is that.

Uncaring people, preparing your meal literally cold as you interrupt  there empty useless life gossip,.. go out of business. Even McDonald's doesn't do that.

The tables were dirty and they were out of many fountain drink options, including Coca-Cola.

The worst one, workers using their vape inside, cold sandwiches, they didn't have to give you the cash receipt, the soda machines didn't work…

Don't bother trying to use the drive thru anytime before 7:30 or even 8:00 sometimes. I come here regularly after working my nightshift. Supposedly they open at 6 but that can't be true if there's no one to take an order 80% of the mornings.

Walked in to get a milkshake. Black lady with the weave so extremely rude. She was preparing an Uber eats order which was fine but she did not acknowledge my partner and I. We stood there for about 5 mins before my partner walked up to the counter saying that we were ready to order. She mumbled something and went back to preparing the UE order. When she finished, she silently walked to the register and stared at us. Like, okay? My partner asked for a medium milkshake but before he could even finish his sentence, she rudely cut him off saying “no milkshakes”. Okay fine. We ordered something else and a little food. She prepped and when she finished she literally threw our bag on the counter and looked as us as if we’re supposed to know. She gave us our icee which was barely filled to the line. Before she walked off my partner asked for sauce. She said nothing, grabbed it and tossed them in the bag. She was miserable. And we knew she hated her job. Ma’am, word of advice, if you hate your job then quit. Find something else to do. We’ve done nothing but be nice to you. You’re working with the public — at a fast food restaurant at that. Have a better attitude. I could give zero stars if I could. I will NOT be coming back here ever again.

Tuesday, November 9th I went to Burger King at 4:15 Pm today and there was a young man and a young lady the young lady took care of me ordering I’m an artist in Miami and I just wanted to say how great it was for me today and congratulations to the manager that is pregnant you guys were a Great staff. I have to say to all the Burger King‘s that I’ve gone to this one particular is pretty professional the staff that was there today were wonderful I have to say I wish I knew their names but to Burger King corporation I like that what makes the Burger King what it is most the other ones are not too professional specially the one by the Dadeland on US one unprofessional loud cursing the ones in the afternoon very unprofessional i’m trying to figure out why they don’t check their cameras that doesn’t lie most the time they handle money and the food at the same time families go there they’re very rude
