I frequent this dunkin at least 3 times a week. The entire staff is so amazing. They treat me and my husband like family. They adore my kids. I’m a full time radiology student and they’re always asking how my schooling is going. They treat us so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for this staff being so personable. They’re always rooting me on and truly I couldn’t be more thankful for this staff.  Kid-friendliness: They’re always asking about my kids and how they are and love being able to see them when I bring them in.

Food and drink quality was poor, hot chocolate simply tasted like water mixed with some mild chocolate flavor. Also with how many staff that were on that day, most of them were just standing around or would ask me constantly what I was waiting for then walk away. I only ordered hot chocolate and bagel mini stuffed bites.Food: 2/5

I always have the best experiences at this one. Staff is prompt, kind, and personable. Just went through the drive thru 12:45 on Saturday 2/4 and the person who helped me was FANTASTIC. I’m a pain with my decaf but they’re always accommodating and helpful. This mama runs on the West View Dunkin’!

Just here tonight at 615 pm 12/13/2022. All staff was sitting in the store front refusing to serve customers or acknowledge drive thru customers. Doors were unlocked, light were all on but yet no service. I waited  for 20 minutes and got no where so I left. Maybe they should do to this location what was done to the wendys that was in the adjoining lot. KNOCK THE BUILDIND DOWN!!!!!!

This is the worst coffee shop/ Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I have tried to give this place chance after chance . This place has the worst customer service . I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks, but I think I'm just gonna stick with Starbucks . Whoever manages this location should be fired! I'll just wake up earlier and drive the extra miles to the next Dunkin or Starbucks

Just got donuts it was 730am on Father's Day. I went early to be able to have a decent selection to choose from because the last couple times we've tried to get donuts they have barely had anything to choose from. I have to say that I am quite disappointed my donuts taste like they have been sitting there for at least a day like I got last night's leftover donuts. I specifically went early thinking I would get the freshest donuts today such a disappointment for 10.99 a dozen I feel they should be a lot fresher tasting.

For the first time in a while, there was basically no line at 8:20am.  Went through so quickly, but they gave me a cold "Small hot chai tea" and forgot to use almond milk instead of regular. Just plain disappointed over this.

Service was accurate but over 45 minute wait. Perhaps don’t offer mobile pickup if your location cannot handle both drive through and in store pickups

I love Dunkin.  I stop to get my iced Matcha latte.  It is so good and the price is better than some other placesFood: 5/5
