not any of the employees faults but the store had been closed from Wednesday through Friday May 4th to 6th at the very least due to understaff and the store has been regularly closing at 10PM for the same reason for quite some time. management needs to step up a bit at this location and i just felt like people should know not to expect 24 hour service when coming here. However I think otherwise that the store is great!
I do not recommend this gas station unless you are stopping in there in the evening or at night. The overnight staff is extremely nice ...however the day time ladies are insanely rude, unprofessional, and lack all sense of customer service. One of the cashiers will completely ignore customers until a line has formed. When she finally does come over to the register she acts as though it is an inconvenience for her to run the cash register. Today she walked away from the register, in the middle of taking care of me, to talk to a coworker ... Their chat could have waited the 30 seconds it would have taken to process a CC payment. She actually made me stand there and wait for her to come back and hit the CC button on the register for the machine to process my payment. If you already have a 711 card, you MUST show it to them BEFORE they begin ringing your transaction or they will give you a new card without asking or mentioning it. I would also like to add, the continue addition of more stuff inside this SMALL gas station makes it difficult to walk through the isles. I cannot walk through an isle without my purse knocking over ANOTHER display or stack of boxes. There is not enough walking space between multiple cardboard displays and then boxes full of stock items being left in the middle of the walk ways. I wish they made it possible to file a complaint with management.
12:30 on a Sunday morning and this dump isn't open, this is at least the third time this has happened, they're advertised "open 24 hours" but no, they're not... I'll be contacting the BBB, absolute garbage establishment

I've recently discovered that their brand of sweets is very good. Stuff like donuts, honey buns, pies.... better than some other brands....
It's good this 7/11 is here so you can say "let's not go the that one, let's go to the good one".
The attendants aren't the most welcoming but what can you expect from a small shop. Often are out of soda options and on occasion the fountains haven't been switched and I get a cup of carbonated water.
Your workers go above and beyond as far as service and attitude. I feel like all of my needs are met. Great team!!!
Mitch and his Dad have turned this place around in the past few years.
cashier was miserable bought slice ham sausage pizza was hard like it was there for hours and bought hot dog there was no toppings except for packets ketchup/ mustard
