Never been to an Ulta before. Went in feeling overwhelmed and maybe a little judge for not knowing ANYTHING about makeup. Instead I was treated with friendly help, loads of advice and tips, and multiple hands on demonstration. My associate was Maria (Virna) and I left loving her so much for all the information she shared with as well as the confidence that she instilled in me. I know longer feel like a beauty “outsider” I will be going back without a doubt!

The store is a regular ulta. Good prices and variety of products but the staff isn't the easiest to get along with. When I went they were all standing around talking and you had to ask them to move if you wanted to get through. At check out they "forced" me to become a member. The girl was nice but I didn't want to spend the time telling her my info... She asked if I was a member but I said no so she started to ask for my information before I could say no.

Worst customer service EVER! The girls that work here are so stuck up and make the whole experience uncomfortable. They spend more time talking to each other than they do talking to customers, and will blatantly ignore you or give you a dirty look when you walk up to them as if you're Ridley interrupting their conversation...while they're supposed to be working! What a joke. Used to love Ulta! This store changed my mind.

I usually love Ulta, but for some reason, everyone that works here is especially rude and trashy. Super annoyed, one in particular wouldn't even listen to my question/ look at the product before telling me no. I saw online that there was a travel size of a product I wanted in stock here. When I showed the associate the full size product and asked if it was in some random place in the store, without even looking she says, "we don't have anything in the back." I'm like well I'm not asking in the back, just placed somewhere around the store since they have random displays around with travel size products, without even looking at what I was holding she just repeats what she said 5 secs prior like I'm deaf or something. I'll probably go back because I love the Living Proof hair care line, but won't bother talking to anyone.
