Came here to return an iphone 8 I bought 3 days ago because my wife wanted the plus. Mind you I had the receipt and was sent there from a manager at another location because they didnt have any. The store rep treated me like I stole the phone. Spent 10 minutes looking at the never used phone and then said I have to take it to the original store. I will never return to this store.

Great crew here. They were not pushy at all, I understood exactly what I was getting into. Adam and the manager( can't remember her name) are amazing. I will continue to use their services in the future and send business their way if I come across it. Thanks for the great experience! Make sure you guys set those daily goals ;)

I have had to replace my Samsung S7 three times due to a faulty fast charge on the phone. The staff was wonderful each time, but when they tried to contact the manager for the override of the $5 charge she never returned calls. Today I talked with Andrea and asked her to hold the Note 7 so I could exchange my recalled phone. When I arrived I was told they were gone and Andrea would not even stand up to discuss this and just said first come first serve and went on about her business sitting in the back. Poor management. She needs lessons from her staff on customer service.

went there just for a sim card to activate my old phone on a family plan. Came in there late, like 10 mins before closing, only to have to call the indecisive account holders (sisters) and be tossed around a bit, told we were doing it wrong etc, all the things that would annoy a customer service rep im sure, who knows how this process works better then any customer. The customer service rep (his name was Russell) was surprisingly very cool about it, after a wasteful debate over the phone over what information was needed from the account holders (my sisters) the customer service rep gave me the option of going what i called "old school" and manually calling in to the main t mobile system (or what ever you want to call it) to have my sim card activated over the phone. he got it working in a few minutes and I was good to go no thanks to my sisters in this case. He remained patient and happy through the whole process, definitely not someone who was miserable with their job as you normally expect at a retail chain.. All of this and I held him and everyone else up in the store something like 10 minutes over shift. Yet everyone was pleasant and over all very happy... I think that is worth 10 stars if it were possible but I will have to settle with 5 : / . Great customer service! Thanks guys, I am coming back HERE to buy another phone tomorrow! I hope you are there Russell.
