A+, will return for more work in the future
I am new to purchasing jewelry, so I was nervous that my naivety could be taken advantage of when I recently went to have a pendant created for a Christmas present for my girlfriend. However, I was pleased to find that Stephen and Caitlin were more than willing to answer all of my questions that I emailed, called, or talked to them in person about (which was more than I would like to admit). They continued to be friendly and supportive throughout the process; ensuring at every step that I was comfortable and happy with the product. I ended up with a beautiful piece that is similar to items running at a 50% higher price elsewhere. They are good people and it is far more satisfying buying from a small dealer than being just another $$$ in the eyes of a large company.

Let me begin by saying that I work in the bridal industry and have very high expectations.

We came in for our appointment to hopefully choose our wedding bands, and they did not disappoint. Upon arrival, we were greeted with our choice of champagne, bloody Marys, a mimosa, and other top shelf spirits. Stephen, the owner greeted me with a warm hug after just meeting me, which I thought was so sweet. We never once felt pressured to purchase, which was refreshing. The decor is warm, inviting, and cozy. After getting to know us, he ended up finding us the perfect wedding bands at a reasonable price and we couldn't be more happy! 

Getting married is such a special thing, and he and his assistant were amazing. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We have worked with Stephen for years and we have bought several items through him. He always goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. He is fair with his pricing and will tell you if another place has a better deal or quality than him. He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable in the industry! I always look at what others Jewelers have to offer but I always end up buying through him! He will forever have our business and a 5 STAR recommendations from us!

Bought a few things from him.  Last watch I bought was Feb of 2015.  Had to drop it off in July of 2015 to get it worked on.  Inquired on the watch 4 times between him and his assistant over a one year time span.  July of 2016 I told him to keep it.  

Would rather be out the few hundred bucks then have to deal with the headaches.   Just thankful this happened then and not now while I'm engagement ring shopping.

I’m very sad to share that we had a nightmare experience with Steven Vincent Jeweler. My fiancé brought Steven my late Grandmother’s diamond to be made into an eternity engagement ring, with the diamond as the solitaire. He gave Steven my exact size, as eternity bands must be remade and not sized. When my fiancé proposed, we quickly realized the ring was an entire size too big. We went to get it re-sized, which took 6 weeks and when we got it back, the head was crooked, two diamonds were placed crooked and you could see clear imperfections in the small diamonds surrounding the band—a month later a diamond fell out. We brought it back because of these issues and because it was still too large—they measured it in the store and realized it was still .5 mm off from the correct size! He apologized that his jeweler tried to “size” the eternity band instead of remaking it, which caused the diamonds to shift and not fit correctly. He then told us the jeweler was across the country! He had sent our diamond across the country without even telling us. We waited another 6 weeks to have it remade. When we got it back, the ring was still .25 too large and about a month later I lost another small diamond. Needless to say, we returned the ring, got our money back and had to go find another jeweler. Steven Vincent might be “well priced” but this shows in craftsmanship and service. I am now 6 months into my engagement and I don’t have a ring.
