We ordered our tuxes here for our wedding. When we went to place our order and pick out what we wanted we were told that the tuxes would all be discounted to a certain price and that my finance would get his tux for free, and we could either pick another groomsman to also get his free or get a $400 shopping spree in the store. We were so happy this day with how things went and left the store very satisfied. 

Our next few experiences leading up to the wedding were not as satisfying and left us very frustrated and upset on a few different occasions leading all the way up until 5 days before the wedding! (Not what a bride wants to deal with). One of the employees was so rude and arguing and swearing with us in the store! At this point I felt that it was time to reach out to the corporate office and give them my feedback and experience on this location. 

I was extremely impressed with the quick response I received from corporate and how professional and customer service  based their response was. They appreciated my comments and also helped me to resolve all the issues we had at the store with pricing, what was originally agreed upon when we order, etc. I have full confidence that they will also reach out to this store and discuss the actions of their 1 employee as well. 

I am not sure if I would recommend this particular Men's Warehouse location but I would definitely recommend other locations due to the amazing customer service I had from their corporate office.

Very nice and helpful employees. Rental prices not to bad and there are some affordable suits but plan on spending $400 if your buying your coat & pants unless there having a clearance sell. Nice layout of the store but they dont have as many brands as i thought they would.

Great service. We needed a tux close to the event. They provided what we needed and my son looked very handsome!

They rented a tux that looked great and fit well, but was $220.  Too expensive.

They weren't accurate with my June wedding and were not very empathetic when 1 or 2 of my groomsmen went In and told them .
