The lady who greeted us was friendly but the craftsmanship of their repairs leaves a lot to be desired. We brought back my girlfriends necklace to have the chain repaired under warranty because a link had broken after she wore it only 3 times. I thought a quality piece of jewelry should have lasted much longer than that but figured no big deal since the repair was a warranty item. We came back the next day to pick it up and there was a large blatant clump of solder where they had fixed the chain. I told the clerk at the repair counter I was not very pleased with how the repair looked and he shrugged off my concern and said "that's just how it has to be". I probably could have done the same quality of work with a harbor freight soldering gun out in my garage. I am disappointed that they do not take pride in quality work, not sure I'll be coming back for any future jewelry repair needs.

Went in just to get our wedding rings cleaned and polished. The woman that helped us was very friendly and didn't try to upsell us to buy more jewelry. I would definitely ask for her next time we are planning to buy something :)

I like this location so much better compared to the one in Ross Park.  Employees are nice and helpful anytime my husband or I go there.

I purchased my first and last piece of jewelry form this place.  I got a ring for my girl and told them what size she needed.  The sales women explained that they only had larger sizes but they would size it as needed to fit her.  Sounded acceptable, so I took the ring and I told my girlfriend that Jared would size it for her as needed.  She took the ring back to them and they actually charged her $52 to resize it!  I called and explained what the sales women told me and they said that I would need to pay $250 for a service plan in order to get it sized for free.   This place was very misleading.  I wont tell you what to do, but assume they are trying to get one over on you and ask allot of questions.

This is seriously the best Jared's ever! They helped my husband and I find the perfect ring:). They were so helpful and so friendly too. Recently, i just realized that one of my little diamonds was missing. So I went straight there and they replaced it in the same day. I love their customer service that they provide because they reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that it would be okay. Hearing the words no problem we can take care of that put me at ease. I know that they will always take care of me and of course my ring. I would highly suggest this Jared to anyone that is looking for a great group of people that will help you look for what you want.
