I went to the store in Monroeville which is closer to Ashley furniture. I checked out many mattress stores before I stopped in this one. Finally I decided to place my order there mostly because of the customer service there. Our sales associate named Dave. He is really nice, acknowledged and helpful. He offered many choices for me to meet my needs. Thank you so much, Dave! The delivery is fast. And the follow-up service is high light as well. I will definitely choose mattress firm again in the future.

I went in the monroeville store twice. Both times the customer service was phenomenal! Ive never had customer service like this before. The staff was very relaxed and knowledgeable and they were able to give me a discount! My bed arrives tomorrow and I'm so excited. I will update my review in a few weeks on the quality and how delivery went. I would definitely recommend friends to come to this location. Dave and his team deserve more than recognition, they need a raise!

Nick and Gwen welcomed us into the store. Super friendly. Helped and explained differences between mattresses. Helped us with a nice sale price and good delivery promise. So far super happy and cant wait to sleep on a new mattress.

Spent day searching for new Mattress & adjustable base at multiple mattress stores. Met Nick at mattress firm was able find mattress I was looking for and was the first to make me aware of adjustable frame with built in night light. Needles to say this became my final stop. He was also able to provide delivery two days after purchase.
