Best experience ever! Paul was excellent in helping me find a suit for my wedding. I have never shopped for a suit before, but he made the process informative and easy. He found me a suit that fit my budget and my body with ease. If you go to this location ask for him. He will get you taken care of!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon in the spring of 2017. Omar greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I was looking at suits for my upcoming wedding. 

I scheduled an appointment and everybody in my wedding party was WOWED! Suits looked amazing, along with the ties and pocket squares. Everything was amazing. 

About four months later, I went to department stores only to be overlooked. Maybe because I wore jeans and a polo, who knows. After going to Woodfield all afternoon, I went back to Men's Wearhouse. Omar was there and shook my hand. What great customer service! I would rather pay more for great service than going to Macy's and get looked over. 

If you are in the market for suits, shoes or anything, visit OMAR at Men's Wearhouse! Omar is an Assistant Manager II and will go the extra mile to take care of you and make sure you look sharp for your work or special life event!

So I came into this store looking for shoes and one sales associate was very rude. I asked to look at two different sizes   and she just gave me an attitude on why I wanted to look at both. 4 shoes sizes later I found my size but she seemed very eager to get me out of the store and get my online order out of the way. She didn’t even ask when I needed the shoes by and gave me Standard shipping without asking for expedited or anything. I work at a fashion store as well for suiting and causal clothing and this is not a good way to treat your customers and isn’t really a good way for making a customer feel comfortable in the store.

Worst branch I have ever been to. So I called up one morning to enquire about the custom suit & delivery time, they said they can do it before the date of my wedding. When I drove all the way to their store, the main guy tells its not possible. 
They should  train their people to give the right information on call. 
After doing that the shameful guy tells me that he would give me a discount for giving out the wrong info and tells me to try one suit, then walks back to the other guy and whispers something. I walked out of the store after then & never coming back to this place.

Piss poor customer. They were in a rush to get me to select a rental and I also felt rushed when I went in to check if everything fits. 

However they have great reviews so must have been a fluke. Sticking with the store on Army Trail for my next visit.
