The store was busy most of the employees were doing a great job. Except for the manager marques who thought I was invisible .After ignoring the sign in sheet and was helping everyone but us. When I called him out and pointed out we were next , he was still concerned with who was on the list after us. What a jacka$$ I won't be back

Went this weekend to look for a suit for my fiances suit and was there 20 minutes with nobody,offering to help us. Left without anybody saying bye or have a nice day. Happened at another store that day too. Ended up with a suit at Sears.

If you are looking for a Suit or Tuxedo, look no further! Went there to get a Tux for a friends wedding. I was warmly greeted immediately upon arrival and was in and out in less than 20 minutes (including getting measurements and fittings done). A couple weeks later I, unfortunately, had to return to purchase a suit for a funeral I had to attend only 2 days later. They recognized me as I walked in and I explained my situation. He showed me several difference suit options and we had one picked out within 5 minutes. To my surprise, they expedited the tailoring and I was able to pick up my custom fitted suit the SAME DAY!!! I was thoroughly impressed and delighted as I had been worried I would have to attended the funeral with a suit off the rack. I will not go anywhere else after experiencing that level of service and helpfulness. Wish more businesses cared about customer satisfaction as much as them. If you are reading this, I urge you to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
