The associates were great. Love the full-service that is given. I had to deal with Sprint online and on the phone, which ended up making 7 phone calls over three days, taking up about 5 hours of my time. I had two phone lines that needed to be canceled and wanted to buy a tablet. What I got was nothing but a nightmare. Thankfully I was able to resolve the issues that were created by calling the customer service line. This store is what saved my loyalty of 15 years with Sprint. I will never order or cancel something by phone again. It was frustrating and time consuming and the reps on the phone were very pushy and did not listen to my needs. Thank goodness the associates and manager at this store did.

If you need help with your Sprint phone, ask for Sharlene Marshall. My phone wouldn't charge so I brought it in. Sharlene spent a great deal of time helping me back up my phone and explaining the available options if they couldn't get my phone fixed. She set up an appt with Jordan, who fixed my phone as soon as she arrived at work. Great customer service! I really appreciate the smiles and helpful attitudes!

Our Sprint rep Kimberly Smith was very knowledgeable, professional and patience. We've been Sprint customers for years and she provided our best experience to date.

Phone repair.... had to get phone repaired. Went to different location 1st. That location messed up my phone. Came to this location. Staff was very helpful esp Ms. Jordan, she was a life saver on resolving phone issue.

After speaking with a manager at this location about an issue I was having regarding the Sprint Contract Buyout promotion, she gave me her number so that I could contact her directly if there were any issues. A couple days after, I contacted her asking to confirm that she received the old bill that she needed to confirm the final cost of my old line. She responded with: "Good afternoon to you to" and went on to tell me: "I understand you where only asking but it's courtesy that's all :)" After that, I finally called a corporate number to have my issue resolved. I will not begin to describe all the other issues I've had with Sprint, but this one takes the cake.
