Worst tmobile in jacksonville, I called around 11:30 and an employee told me they had the phone I was calling for and I asked them to please hold it for me. I drove about 30 minutes to get there and when I got there the lady said they just sold it after she told me she would make sure it's here for me. After I said I asked you told hold it for me she tried to argue with me saying she never heard me say that. Her excuse when I was speaking to the manager was she was new there and she didn't know better. That's ridiculous and I would never refer anybody to this T-Mobile. Also her name was laurel and thank you for making me an hour late to work for absolutely nothing.

This T-Mobile store is the Busiest Store in Blanding, great customer service,  I really recommend this place.

Lena did help(partially) fixing my bill, but needs improvement in customer service. Let the customer speak and try to understand what they are trying to say, not every customers come in the store to resolve a problem are misrepresent what they were promised.

Great service but always a lot of people in the store. But they have more staff than the one by Walmart and better staff than the one on San Jose. I would go here over the other stores.
