I will never shop anywhere else! Josh and his associates are the best in the business and have taken care of me every time I'm there. I have purchased all of my wife's jewelry from Menashe and I feel as though the prices are very fair and client care is second to none. Very accommodating! All of my wife's jewelry is custom made by Menashe to order and every single piece has come out perfect.

This is a true West Seattle family owned and operated original jeweler!! Josh and Joanna have been a huge help in my selection process for a wedding ring. They have more than gone out of Thier way to help me and get me into exactly what I needed!! Thank you guys and look forward to future purchases!!

Friendly but lacking. Went to Menashe b/c of my timeline and their proximity. Mistake. Ring was sent out, late, and incorrectly resized, despite two different sizings. Will go back to my old jeweler in the city.

This place is a joke don't go there if you are looking for quality!!!!! Bought my engagement ring here and had it appraised at a different jeweler and it came back appraised at a lower amount then what they sold it to me for. (Crooks) asked them why it appraised for a lower amount and they insisted that I give them the ring so they can have it shipped out and appraised with their appraiser, which then came back at double what they sold it to me for??? Wth??? How could this be??? Bull sh**!! During all of this discovered a chip in the diamond during appraisals and throughout the maintenance I had done, contacted menashes in which the sales girl was super nice in trying to accommodate me with the issue of the chip she said she had to talk to Josh Menashe about the issue and OF COURSE never heard a word from them again. Long story short don't buy your jewelry here!!!!!! EVER!!!!
