Absolutely terrific experience! I recently purchased a CPO car in the store. The entire purchasing process was efficient, comfortable and delightful. The sale manager helped me identify my purchasing goal by asking me a lot of personal questions, including parking space, number of members in the family, towing option and etc. They really treat their customers with high empathy. The testing drive experience was comfortable and flexible. I highly recommend this Mercedes 4s shop

The service team is very friendly and accommodating. I had accidentally been late getting my car and someone stayed late to help me, which I really appreciated!! These are the nicest service people I have ever dealt with and I recommend them highly.

Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Rochester was straight forward, transparent and non-intimidating. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. Our trade offer was great and the vehicle we purchased was priced fair. They know how to take care of their customers. Ray was great and Brian in finance was so helpful. Our friends, family and co-workers have all heard about our great experience. Thanks for everything!

We were purchasing a used vehicle for my mom and worked with Patrick. We had an incredible experience. This dealership and its employees definitely go the extra step. They were honest and upfront about the condition of the car and when it needed some additional work that resulted in us having to wait a few extra days they hand delivered the vehicle an hour from the dealership. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Rochester to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Enjoyed working with Ray Kosis to put our deal together. Very straight forward. Spent the time to go through our new vehicle, take photos and follow up afterwards. Very nice buying experience.
