We contacted this dealership after deciding 6 years later that we needed another vehicle. We were so happy to see that the salesman that we worked with 6 yrs ago, was still working there... and got promoted! We felt that if a guy had been at the same dealership for 6+yrs, then the company must treat their employees well. The manager, Tony, got us in connection with one of his salesman, Kris. What a great guy! We live about an hour away from the dealership. Kris sent us a video chat to introduce himself to us. It wasn't some prerecorded stock video. He greeted us by name and chatted about the vehicle we were looking at. While we didn't get a new car from them (just not the right color) I was moved enough by their kindness to write a review. If you are looking for a good dealership, this look no more. This dealership is extraordinary! Cheers to you, Tony and Kris!

Highly recommended!!  This has been my second Toyota Camry purchase from them and will definitely be back when the time comes to upgrade in the future.  The brand is known for reliability and the reputation speaks for itself.  The dealership was very helpful, they aren't based on commission so I never once felt pressured.  Kristopher Nguyen, our salesman was excellent to work with, friendly personality and very knowledgeable!!

Impeccably clean. Very courteous and professional staff. Very nicely designed showroom floor and seating areas. Huge selection of vehicles. Overall the nicest dealership I have been to.

Edit 3/24/18 I am dropping a star from my final score because I have noticed that it is almost impossible for me to call and get through to the service department. Even as I type this now, I have been listening to the phone ring for at least 3 mins now. The last several times i have called I had to hang up and call a different Toyota dealership. What the hell is going on!?

I had been looking for a long time thinking about going from a car to a SUV. I finally decided to start test driving vehicles. I had chosen several different brands to try. The first place I went was Toyota in Rochester. I met the salesperson Kris Nguyen and we went for a test drive in the Rav4-Great salesperson. He explained everything to me, all my options and I didn't even test drive another vehicle from any other place. He was awesome and I would highly recommend Rochester Toyota. Love the great service there.

I have only ever had amazing experiences with Toyota. When I decided I needed a new car, I knew this was the perfect place to get it. The salesman I worked with, Kristopher, made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. You could tell that he knew what he was talking about and really cares about his customers. Back in Decemeber when I got my car, they only could locate one of my keys for it. He told me that they would keep looking for it. Eventually they found it and was able to get it to me. He told me he never forgot about it and it’s been a few months since then. Working with the whole crew at Toyota, is always a pleasure and they are always willing to work with you. I don’t know if I will ever buy a car from anywhere else.
