So far I am very unhappy, but they haven't had a chance to make it right. I will update my rating and review after tomorrow, 3/5/18. I will see what kind of dealership they really are. My fingers are crossed. It's my first time buying a Subaru and I hope it turns out to be the right decision. It's up to them.
   Update! They really surprised me with professionalism and honesty. I was expecting some sort of animosity and all I experienced was humility and the desire to make my "Subaru Experience" a great one. They gained my trust and my business back. So glad to know they want their customers to be taken care of. I'm looking forward to this "Subaru Adventure". No fish is safe under the ice this weekend...🎣

Selling a car back to the dealership to settle an estate. Setting up an appointment at the dealership took several days of emails and unreturned phone calls. I live over a hour away and I wanted to be sure I had a appointment and all the paperwork needed in order to avoid any unnecessary trips or issues with the process. I arrived for the appointment, 4/21 was greeted then passed on to two other employees one made copies of paperwork and another to sign the paperwork to transfer the car. I was told the business office was closed and a check would be issued and sent out on Monday. 4/30 still have not received the check,  sent a email and waiting for response. Called dealership, business office is not available, and will return my call.

Best price of any dealership looked at. Staff was very upfront, honest, professional, and not at all the stereotypical sales environment. Very happy to do business here and have found my new go-to dealer for vehicles.

The parts guy BJ was very rude over the phone and in person. Called in for some specific parts and he was very rude about not having them in stock. I understand it takes time to get them so I asked about other parts in stock. As I went to get fluids and service parts he didn't even greet me or acknowledge that I was there for parts. As I bought what I came for he didn't smile or had any welcoming gestures. I handed him my card and when the transaction was done he threw the card back at me instead of handing it over. It was very unprofessional and impolite. 

 I will not be dealing with BJ anymore. I like the new building and atmosphere. If there is another parts person I would be happy to work with them. 

I gave it a two star instead of one because the person who did greet me and held the door open was super nice. He even helped me find the parts department as it was my first time there.
