I went in this morning I knew exactly what car I wanted and the most I was willing to put down on the vehicle. The guy at the front who showed us where to sign in was very nice. The dealer itself is a little confusing but manageable. Now to why I give this place a 1 star (0 if I could) when we met the salesman we told him what we wanted and he pulls up the car. He asks how we were going to pay for the car and I respond through financing. He asks if I’ve ever financed a car for that much before I tell him no. He said I would need 50+thousand down. I asked why and he said because I’ve never financed a car. That is false because I already have a car paid off and another almost paid off. I kept telling him that and he never understood. My income is great as well so no reason why I wouldn’t get approved. He didn’t even want to show me the car and was extremely rude. I would not recommend to any of my family or friends.

I know this is one of the largest dealers I know they make a lot of money. But when you walk inside it's not exactly the easiest or friendliest place. The girl behind the desk seem like we were more of a burden than a customer it's not that she was rude she just didn't seem to really give a care. I don't think she liked her job much. They have a process where you have to sign the in and do multiple things. I didn't particularly like it but I could deal with it when we asked about the car we had seen online they told us that it was not yet back from make ready. So we asked about another car that we were interested in and it'll course was parked across the street and took 20 minutes to get to us. Our experience wasn't that great. I think they need some more energetic happier people to work there. I'm not saying don't buy a car from them I'm just saying they could try a little bit harder to make sure customer service is there and that people are happy to be there working.

We purchased a vehicle about a month ago from the Stafford location. The sales person did a great job and the vehicle was great. The vehicle was in far better condition that I expected. We put a $500 deposit online to hold the vehicle. We took delivery almost 1 month ago. Ever since then my credit union has been trying to pay for the vehicle to no avail. I cannot get my deposit back until they get payment, but no one will tell the credit union how to get them payment. I am definitely being given the run around. I WOULD NEVER PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT, just let chance happen and hope the vehicle is there you want it.

Looked good online and sounded good on the phone. Am still waiting for my 1pm appointment for a test drive, and it is nearly 2pm. They had 24 hours to get the car ready. Apparently it is still being readied, but Eli assured me 20 minutes ago it would just be another 5 or 10 minutes. Maybe I'm in a time warp, so I'll just keep thinking of more details while I wait. No wonder they have a snack bar and lounge area inside. My wife had to go back in due to the heat. It is a sign of disrespect to waste people's time like this. The wife told them not to worry about cleaning it for our test drive. Turns out they have not started on it, yet. Front desk lady is quick to have a reason why things are taking longer. Car is across the road, Eli is on the way. I'll stick around a bit longer since I drove 3 hours to get here.

Have purchased 2 cars from here and have been happy about the outcomes. Ran into some problems though the second go-around. Purchased a Ford Escape and within the first week of having it, white smoke was coming out of the exhaust when the car started. Took it over to their services department for them to take a look at it. Long story short, after about a week of them not being able to figure out what was wrong, ( I believe there was a coolant leak because soon after this incident was when Ford released a recall ) they ended up buying the vehicle back and allowed me to pick out a new vehicle. The communication could definitely improve but all in all I am happy they didn’t leave me with a car needing major repairs.
