Had service scheduled in advance for regular maintenance. Day before service got phoned that they need to push my service to some other further date. Explanation was they are too busy, they have remodeling and anything else. When I stated that this is not right, manager replied this is just like the doctor's office not everything can be done on schedule. Since this is a car dealership and not the dr office maybe they need to figure out how to deal with customer retention

Thanks to Michele Zacco for providing us with fantastic service.He knows his product and truly took care of us.Michele really went to bat for us to get the deal done.Also,thanks to Darrell the GM who was professional and always courteous.I would strongly recommend the folks at Maserati of SugarLand.

Sean Lazarus did an awesome job. He found a car that we love before we got there.  When we decided to get the car he had everything ready for me when I came back to pick it up. I was in and out in less then an hour. 

The Alfa Romeo Giulia exceeds my expectations and is an absolute head turner. 

Thank you all at the Helfman Alfa Romeo of Sugar Land for making this the best car buying experience ever.

The finest in Italian sports cars. Great service from the beginning of the sales process, all the way through the service and parts department. Truly a worthwhile experience.
