Brock is responsive, intuitive and made the buying process a breeze.  We also got a great deal.  He made sure we had vehicles to test drive on short notice.  He had our new truck cleaned and prepped a day ahead of schedule.  The financing dept was also efficient and easy to work with.  Great job!

Helfman Ford made my car buying experience very enjoyable.  I researched what I wanted, contacted the dealership and was immediately contacted by Brock Davenport.  Brock was very professional and great to work with during the entire process.  We were in and out, done with financing and driving off in my new car in an hour.  We had a couple of items, such as a missing manual, that needed attention after we left and Brock addressed all of them quickly.  I highly recommend Helfman Ford and Brock Davenport.

I highly recommend Helfman Ford if you are searching for a dealership. I had the pleasure of working with MO who went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the truck I chose. I wish more salesmen and dealerships were as honest and comfortable as Helfman is.

I bought a new Truck from Helfman Ford in March of 2018, during Truck Month. The dealer was very transparent about the pricing, rebates and interest rates on financing. Christian Williams was my sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every part of my purchase. He called me during the week to provide updates and before and after buying the truck, asking if I had any questions or concerns. No pressure tactics, and working on my side to get what I wanted and needed out of a vehicle. This is the 3 vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will continue to go back to deal with true professionals in the industry.

I had a great experience Friday at Helfman Ford. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and took advantage of all the rebates. The car I traded in had some negative equity, but the rebates had me breaking even on my old Ford Fusion and in a brand new Ford Fusion. The following day I brought the new car back to get the windows tinted and I was offered a car to drive around to run errands instead of waiting at the dealership for my car to be finished.
