Sandy in penfield was incredibly knowledgeable on back support and was very patient with my husband and I. We never expected to purchase a tempurpedic mattress because of the cost, however with my many medical conditions Sandy was able to point out the benefits my health could get out of making this investment. We shopped over 8 different stores in 2 weeks and my experience with Sandy in Penfield is what brought me back to metro mattress. She's very compassionate and truly cares about her customers! I highly recommend taking a visit to see her to get the best nights sleep. It's amazing how great you can feel after a good nights sleep.

Store Manager Sandy was outstanding! She spent over 2 hours (and went past end of her work day) helping and explaining to us the various aspects of mattresses. A Tempur-Pedic mattress is an investment so you need to be a bit educated and do your due diligence. Our delivery team was also great to deal with.

I received excellent customer service from Sandi and Rob. They worked with me to stay in the budget I needed. The delivery was on time and the drivers were very professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone mattress shopping.

It was the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress. Sandy the manager truly listened to me and was patient (not pushing at all) explained the benefit of the foam mattresses over spring until we found the perfect fit for my husband and self. Delivery was very fast and the delivery team couldn't of been any nicer. Then Sandy called me a week later remembered about my back issues to follow up and see if the mattress was improving the problem and reminded me again about the comfort exchange. I will recommend metro Mattress to everyone I know and especially Sandy.
