I've had 3 major purchases with this store and all have been great. The first was purchasing all of the kitchen appliances for a new home. Courtney walked us through all of our options, gave us notice on upcoming sales, and did everything she could to give us the best price. I also just bought a new lawn mower. I'm a researcher when I make a purchase and I made a few visits to check them out and ask questions and whether I was dealing with Mark the owner or any of his employees, they always had good working knowledge of the equipment to help me narrow down my choice and a lot of patience as I figured out what I needed. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and will keep going back to talk to people who know what they're talking about rather than a person who just happens to be in that section of the store when you have a question.

I called this store with a product question (the store located in Panorama Plaza). I was looking to buy several items and spend close to $1300. The man who answered the phone (I believe he was the store owner) was rude, and actually hung up on me when I questioned a price discrepancy. I am glad that I did not spend my money at this store, especially after reading the other google reviews. I ended up buying my products at Lowes and I am very happy with my choice. Shop here with caution.

My girlfriend came here to support a local business and did not turn out so good. She had ordered a big tool chest as a Christmas gift for me and when we received it the wheel was stripped along with one side being dented. she called them and said we would like to just have our money back ... they said that they could only do an exchange or we would have to pay a restocking fee. Well I did not agree with either as I did not want to take a chance on getting another damaged "cheaply made" item. So I called and asked to speak to the owner and the manager said that he would return my call after finishing up with current customer, no call back.. so I call back for the second time and he is with another customer once again... I then call back for third time later in the day and now they are just ignoring my calls. So I loaded the items on my truck and took them back to the store and when I walked in the owner was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing! He just did not want anything to do with me. He had this awful smurk on his face with a fake smile as he started to tell me how his business works.. the owner Mark really only cares about his pocket because if he didn't he would have refunded my money like any other store would. I told him I would leave a bad review.. freedom of speech! He took great offense to that as he had to threaten my girlfriend that he was going to get a lawyer after me after she paid a restocking fee. His exact words were " I know it does not look like it but I have money and can afford a lawyer" wow really !! What a coward. All I wanted was a refund on a damaged item. So if he thinks he needs his lawyer for me wanting to return something and telling him he is going to get a bad review than go get one! Save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere trust me! this guy is a crook.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A SEARS STORE AGAIN. THEY INSTALLED MY STOVE INCORRECTLY AND I HAD TO PAY A CONTRACTOR TO DO IT RIGHT ...THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE WAS AWFUL
