Had a great experience here. We went through five other places around Marketplace and bought here. Zero pressure from the employees and great prices. The selection isn't huge, but they had a great sectional cheaper than everywhere else. Delivered the same day.

What kind of furniture and mattress business doesn't allow returns? I MAYBE understand the mattresses because you can't resell a used mattress, but isn't it standard business practice to have some kind of comfort warranty? And sales of furniture are final? The hell kind of place doesn't allow people to return untarnished furniture? They don't make it clear until after you've made a purchase that they don't take returns. An employee Elliott helped me and was polite but like I said they avoid making their policies clear to consumers, which means they're scamming people. This is a garbage company, don't buy from them.

Great store. Sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and don't pressure you at all (we are indecisive, and came by something like three times before we actually bought something, and they never once made us feel uncomfortable about this). They are very well organized, they have attractive furniture there, and, most importantly, they stand by their product. I bought a table and chairs, and within something like three months of having bought them, one of the chair legs broke. We called them, told them about the problem, and they did exactly what you would hope: They looked up the order, found the part, ordered it, called us when it arrived, installed it when we brought them the chair, and even gave us an extra chair leg (the mate to the one they used) in the unlikely event it happens again -- completely free. More businesses should be like this.
