Gallagher Jewelers is well respected in the community. Their service and advice is above average. We have always been treated well and their prices are reasonable. I would never go too oe of the " big name" mall jewelry stores, unless you are looking to get ripped off.

Called store to purchase watch tryed ask about models they had lady that picked up phone was not helpful and did not try to just said come in.

My boyfriend and I went here to pick out my first Trollbead clasp and bead for my birthday. We chose Michael Gallagher Jewelers because it's the closest Trollbead retailer to our home and they were hosting a special promotion (buy $150 in Trollbeads and get a $25 gift certificate, a cinch sack, and free bracelet with clasp). Walking in we were greeted by a strong cigarette smell which was a bit off-putting, but didn't detract from the service. A saleswoman immediately greeted and assisted us. She was very helpful in selecting a clasp and suggested stoppers to prevent losing the bead. Overall the experience was okay. The store's appearance was a bit frumpy and the smell was weird, but the sales person was helpful and they had a good selection of items. I will probably return here when they have other Trollbead events, but I don't see myself shopping here otherwise.
