Christmas shopping for my girlfriend was made easy by the friendly personalities of Michael’s Jewelers. After walking into several jewelry stores at West Farms Mall, I gave Michael’s a shot and was immediately greeted by one of the salespersons, giving me the confidence that I found the store I would be returning to in the future. After about 20 minutes, I had what I came for and left a happy customer.

My husband I brought my Cartier watch to Michael’s Jewlers because it stopped working even after a new battery was installed. They suggested I might want to also have the Roman numeral letters around the watch re-inked. My beloved watch - a wedding anniversary present - is as good as new and looks brand new! Thank you so much Michael’s Jewelers for taking such good care of this family heirloom!

Always warm and personal service treated more like family then a customer. Michael’s is always my first choice for jewelry and I’ve never had to go anywhere else. Sylvia knows every piece of jewelry I have purchased for my wife and always recommends the perfect gift for me to buy. I have recommended her and Michael’s Jewelers to friends and family and I highly recommend her to you.

Michaels Jewelers at Westfarms offers exceptional customer service!! Monika and my fiancé did an amazing job creating my dream engagement ring! I am beyond happy with my ring and look forward to working with her for our bands. It truly is a wonderful experience at Michaels!
