The store owner is a rude, condescending boor.  I went in to his store to look at a piece of artwork.  The artwork needed some restoration, and he had it priced as if it were in perfect condition.  I started to explain to his assistant that I liked the piece, but that it needed some costly restoration, and the owner butted in and informed me that he was not in the restoration business and then scolded me for trying to beat him up on the price.  I had not even asked for a discount, I just wanted to talk about the piece and see if they would be a little more reasonable about the price.  That's o.k.  I found the exact same print someplace else in much better condition for a lot less money.  I am so glad that I didn't give him my hard earned cash.

Anytime I'm in the area of this store,  I stop to see what new items they have for sale.  Their merchandise is always changing and I have purchased some truly unique items there for myself and to give as gifts.  Don't be intimitated by their vast selection - just ask the friendly guy behind the counter if he has what you are looking for.  Now that I have gone there a few times, they know who I am and tailor their service to me - you can't get that kind of customer service at any big box store!
