This place is an absolute joke! Took my car in yesterday just to get an  alignment and they told me they can’t do it because of my steering gear box is pretty much totaled. So I ask him to explain to why it is, he couldn’t do that for me. All he can tell me that they can’t touch my car because of this gear box. This morning I went to a  extremely more professional place and they got my alignment done for me like that! I asked the  gentlemen  if there was anything wrong with my steering gear box he said no why? I explained to him what I was told by this  crook of a company and he laughed and said did you drive here just fine? I said yes then he said me is the grinding when you turn? I said no. He told me then ma’am there is nothing wrong with your steering gear box! Soooo these jerks really try and scam $1500 from me!! My car is aligned and running beautiful no thanks to these idiots who try and run you dry on the little money you have! Thanks for trying to rip me off. I will be sure no one that I know will go to you for anything! Crooks!

Staff is generally very kind; however, pricing is always at least twice as high (no exaggeration) as multiple other places. They also do not lay out costs clearly... just one lump sum with no explanations, even after inquiring. We needed a throttle body replaced. The part, brand new, costs $240 for our vehicle, & it should take less than 30min to replace it. Total shouldn’t be over $400. We were quoted over $900 including the $124 charge to tell us what we already knew was wrong with it. We will no longer be doing business with Midas.

Troy, the service manager is full of it. Brought in a bearing to have them swap it out. He told me 2 hours. I showed up an hour and 45 minutes later and he then told me he couldn’t do it. Wasted my day and couldn’t get the job done. Had to take it to a competent shop. Won’t ever be back there. Probably have good mechanics, but Troy was rude and clearly incapable of doing his job well.

I've waited several months to place this review to let myself calm down and be fair.

I'll try to make this short, we had a coil on cylinder number 3 go out on a newer Durango just out of warranty.  I call in to get a quick estimate and they say 185$, but they need to see it, perfect I drop it off Friday night, I get a call Saturday morning, it will be over 800$.  I have no choice, I need it fixed asap family reasons.

I get it home less than a mile away and go to take my son to skate city, Austin bluffs and Barns, I turn left into skate city and I HAVE NO BRAKES!  Now to be fair Troy said I had BRAKES just not power assist brakes and they forgot to reconnect a vacuum line.  

Accidents avoided and having older vehicles without power brakes before i limp it back to midas.  They reconnect the vacuum line and the brakes are fixed, my wife goes black Friday shopping and guess what, check engine light on again for bad coil they just repaired.  This went on for 3 or 4 visits, overnight keeping the truck to clean the injectors (Why clean injectors if it's not firing but...) until I quit and took it to a dealer to be fixed.  380$ at the dealer and never an issue since.

I will NEVER use this Midas again and Troy should be fired.  He is a horrible representative for your company.

I called about 8:30 and discussed the oil change, the type and brand of oil I wanted, and a couple of other things that I wanted done. We scheduled the appointment for 11:30 and they emailed me a confirmation. When I got there they informed me they have to order the oil I requested and it would take 45minutes!!  They had 3 hours to get it there!!  So I left with no work done on my car!  The man at the front counter was very rude and hateful. I will never go back there again.
