We had an excellent experience with Abra! Customer service is efficient and courteous! The repairs were done with perfection and I was given regular status updates during the week. AND...They treated us to a very clean car upon return.The dog hair was even vacuumed up (a near impossible feat)! This is our third experience with Abra and we are always impressed!

I had some work done on my car at this location. Ask for Byron, he give exceptional customer service. He makes you feel like you are the only customer. If that isn’t enough Jarod will also look in on everything and take care of you. These guys are super stars!

John is extremely rude and does not care about the quality of the work. I got rear ended and had the "repairs" made at this shop. HUGE MISTAKE. My car looks worse then it did before the accident. Bumper gaps, tint falling off, they broke an extra piece and tried to blame me for it. Then when I showed pictures he rudely told me to bring it back in a week and they'll fix it. I told him that I will not let them touch my car again. Matt was extremely nice while I was there. Then when I brought my car back to have them adjust the repairs they made, John simply said "we fixed it to the best of our abilities" obviously their abilities are elementary. I had to take my car back three different times and it's still not fixed. Now I'm dealing wth Corey at Abra on academy and I could not be happier. DO NOT LET JOHN WORK WITH YOUR VEHICLE. He has no respect for people and can't even show up to work on time. I am thoroughly disappointed with the depreciation of my car. And it is all Abra's fault. They simply take insurance money and say "screw the customer." They even tried to claim that the part that they broke was part of the accident. That's called fraud and USAA insurance company should not even be in relations with this Abra. Update: I took the car to Abra on Platte and Academy to have real professionals work on the vehicle. Turns out all the work done by this Abra was done incorrectly. No wonder nothing looked straight. John was going to let it go like that because he felt that he could get over on me because I'm young. That's not the case. Thanks to Corey at the Platte location my Subaru should be back to the way it was before John touched it. Sucks I had to waste my time going to Woodmen first.

If I could give them less I would. My Cadillac escalade went in with a broken back window and came out with chipped paint off my door, chrome molding on both the driver side and driver passenger side door where hitting, and chrome molding with imperfections on the rear lift gate and passenger door. Not to mention my middle console was also damaged by unexplained reasons.When I said something they said well take care of everything. Fast foward 4 weeks my repairs have not been completed yet. I called upset trying to figure out what was going on at which time the General Manager got on the phone with me and told me that their shop would not be doing anymore repairs on my vehicle because of my language. I told him you are under contract to fix my vehicle and I would be calling a lawyer because I had already paid. So he hangs up the phone on me. I had to call the district manager and will be informing him of this incident. A manager is supposed to take appropriate action and fix the situation not escalate the situation and make things worse. Horrible company, unprofessional and wouldnt ever ask anyone to do business with this particular store John Whittaker the General Manager is a joke!!

I had a great experience with my cars repair; they did a great job on it and all of the folks that work there were very friendly and professional! I would definitely use ABRA again and will tell people I know of my positive experience.
