THESE PEOPLE HERE ARE AWESOME! I called in on the "fly", my hubby's headlight was out and the HUGE SNOWSTORM had made it worse. They made time for me in their schedule and then the mechanic working on our car just about did a miracle with a headlight that had MELTED YES I SAID MELTED! WOW! FOLKS! BUT HE FIXED IT!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????!!!!! NOT ONLY THAT my cell phone battery was almost out & ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR MECHANICS LET ME USE HIS ANDROID CHARGER. OH WOW! ! CAN'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS FOLKS!!!! HONESTLY JUST AWESOME HELPFUL ATTITUDES!!!!!!!! I'VE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETAIL FOR MOST OF MY WORKING LIFE & LET ME TELL YOU! ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH TIFFANY BLAIR & CREW!

Very friendly people. Good quality service. They seem to do a better job that the in and out tire places . Which means something to me even if I pay a little more .

Great place to get professional service and you tell that the owners really care. You always see the same faces every time. I would recommend them for any type of automotive or truck repair. You can count on General Tire to get the job done right the first time. I bring my commercial truck to all my vehicles. I've been going there for 20 years. I don't live in Gallatin anymore but I make that drive everytime I need something.

Great experience friendly staff and they do the job right and at a decent price. This was my first trip and I guarantee they just made me lifetime customers they are amazing and I am not being paid to say it either LOL
