Very happy with my dress! Great quality and fit! The customer service was great! They were very responsive when I ran into an issue and worked to resolve it immediately.

Came here with a friend once upon a time and was impressed by the selection. Also a smaller locally owned business which is a huge plus! Staff was friendly and helpful in navigating holiday sales and returns. We knew she was a quality store representative because she was honest and upfront with us even regarding what some might call the "store's weaknesses".

I am super unhappy with my experience.  I ordered a swim top in the color "deep purple floral" and a bottom in the color "deep purple."  I assumed that the two would coordinate.  As you can see from the picture, they are NOT the same color.  (The pattern does coordinate with a different swim bottom I ordered, though.)  When I contacted customer service to ask them to send me a different bottom that would match, they were very unaccommodating, and would only send me a new bottom if I covered the cost of shipping the old swimsuit back and paid for a new bottom.  I am sad about their lacking customer service.

Edit: They did end of sending me a replacement swim bottom.  It is too bad that I had to make a public review for this to happen, but I am glad that they finally listened!

Mikarose is one of the best dress shops I have been to in a long while. I love the selection of modest dresses for all ages and styles. I also can not tell you how wonderful the staff is. About 3 weeks ago my sisters and I were having a wedding dress fiasco and Mikarose staff saved the day. We called them and told them our dilemma and they quickly rounded up EVERY SINLGE burgundy dress they had at the store and at their warehouse and put them on hold for us until we could  get to the store and try them on. The staff waited on us hand and foot and were so accommodating. Thank you Mikarose for making out experience the best it could be!

Lots of great selection here. My wife always wants to stop by when we're at the mall. There seem to be good deals here too because there was a 20% off everything in the store during the beginning of October.
