This particular Old Navy is a bit undersized and is usually overcrowded. The selection is a bit under par due to lack of space. The checkout is the low point mostly due to how it is set up and the location in the middle of the store. The employees do the best they can. Parking is fine and access is OK anytime of year except around Christmas. Avoid this area because it gridlocks during that time of year.

Old Navy was the place to go but not anymore.  Their men's section is getting smaller and smaller along with the sizes they offer.  Plus the staff here is not pleasant and it looks like a bomb went off about the changing rooms, with clothes everywhere.

Great deals, discounts and promotions for all of their clothes. What needs to be addressed though is how messy their dressing rooms are and some of the tables with clothes on them for display. I don't think I've ever seen an employee out folding up clothes or cleaning out those dressing rooms.

Service here was very accommodating. A size that I wanted was ordered online for me with no additional charge for shipping. The only thing I would have liked to see is the store kept up a little better from the tornado that always seems to hit it. Nice place for easy clothes.
