Been going to Jesse Brown for a long time...I am always treated well by ALL staff. They go all out to make my visit as a Vet a great one and I think they deserve a bunch of credit for it. It's the place I feel safe and secure at and trust them in my care completely. Thank you to all the staff there.

It took me sometime to adjust to my medical services but I am confident my providers are genuinely concerned about my well-being and overall health. I am honored to have served my country and now I am appreciative of the available resources.

After you get a consult you can use the gym. The hours are convenient and the staff is nice. The older Veterans play dominos and chess, others lift weights and run.

I absolutely despise the slow, fat, rude, forgetful, incompetent, absent-minded receptionist at the front desk in The Women's Health Clinic!!!!!! If she's even at the desk, she can't remember what she's doing from one minute to the next. For God's sake, NEVER drop off paperwork with her. You'll never see it again. A total waste of oxygen. Was told that she was move to this office because she was constantly causing conflict in another office. Worse decision EVER!!!!!! She should be working in an animal shelter or a morgue. PLEASE bring Antoinette back!!!!!!

The staff are very 'clicky' and it seems hiring incompetence is an ongoing practice, at least in the psych department! Complaints are not welcom nor acted upon, but if you say something positive, they will listen to those all day long, although you may have to lie to come up with something. If you complain to the Joint Commission, don't let them use your name, because when you are retaliated against, they will do nothing!
