Karen is the Bees Knees! She helped us with our marriage license & I was lucky enough to have her again for my license update. Make an appointment, & it's easy breezy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes plus you have the fabulous market upstairs! As far as DMV experiences go, this is the best.

All the reviews are right, awful service, mostly unfriendly. Definitely don't recommend and wouldn't return.

Made it here to test at 4:40. Waited in line while the "security guard" / "person who tells you where to go" was having a personal call on her cellphone. When she was done, (4:46) she looked up and said "what". I asked her where to go to test, and she points and says, "down there, but you missed it by 2 minutes". Nice job. Thanks for wasting my time. I really wish government jobs were held to any sort of basic customer service standards.

Long lines.....lots of people behind the counters doing not doing anything....I will never get this two and a half hours back of my life. Do not come here ever.
