Bought two pair of moccasins from an American company.  First pair the "sheep" wool turned a yellowish color after just one wearing.  Looked into the "wool" turns out it is sourced from China (dyed according to label).  I suspect the "wool" is just dog hair.

Second pair were "moosehide" moccasins.  The "leather" abraded after just four wearings.  I suspect the same situation as it appears to be cheap Chinese "leather", not moosehide.

This company is to be avoided.

Ordered a pair of slippers for Christmas on December 14 that I still don’t have & its December 30. No response from the customer service online, tried to call the customer service number and rings once and goes busy. I wrote one more time to the CS online and AGAIN no response!! DO NOT ORDER from this company!! HUGE disappointment! I have chose to not purchase this brand all together as the poor service or lack of service I have received has not made me believe in their product.

Poor customer service! I purchased slippers at full price in 11/19 and they went on sale on 11/24 before I received them. I asked for them to honor the sale price retroactively as it was only a few days and most retailers would do so. They said NO. Not happy and makes the whole purchase experience frustrating. Returning the slippers on principle.

I have placed two orders with this company. One was a return exchange due to the moccasins ripping apart on the inside when I had them no more than a week and a half. Second pair right out of the box has the same problem. Very annoyed with this awfully put together product! Have you guys heard of glue?!
