This is a great hotel! I really didn't want to stay downtown, but this hotel didn't feel like it was downtown. There's a lot to do. And it's quiet on a quiet street with great views! It's awesome. Don't bother staying anywhere else. This is the place.

Comfortable and luxurious rooms with full amenities and excellent customer service.  They pay attention to details and it is the little things , like different juices / flavored water and fruits available in the lobby, and turndown service with a treat, free 24 hr coffee and tea (wonderful as I'm a tea drinker and most places don't have or make good tea - this place does)  service , that make staying here a wonderful experience.  The Spa is also good and has the same excellent service and attention to details.  The location is great - on the Riverwalk but towards the end of the busy section so it is not that noisy.  Lots of restaurants in close proximity.  Also the security is pretty good (need key to get in unattended doors) which keeps people from just wandering in from the Riverwalk.  The only downside is there is not a breakfast service unless you either order room service or eat at the restaurant downstairs - both are pricey and if you just want a simple breakfast (toast, yogurt, or cereal) not very practical.
I would recommend staying here.

I didn't stay at this hotel but stopped in for a pedicure at the spa.  Selina was AMAZING and provided the best pedi I have ever had! My nails look great and she provided tons of tips for the city. Gonna try to go back to see her for a facial if I have the time!

If I could afford to go once a week I would. Best massage I have had in my life. Love the amenities.

We stayed 1 night for our anniversary in a river view spa room. The room, amenities and service were incredible! We dined at Ostra for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and it was amazing! I can't say enough good things about how phenomenal this hotel was and how fantastic the hotel and restaurant staff were. 5/5 Stars!
